This hotel is situated in beautiful Saltsjöbaden in Stockholm's archipelago, just 15 minutes from the city of Stockholm by car.
The hotel has a rich history, beginning with a splendid inauguration hosted by King Oscar in 1893. KA Wallenberg was a visionary who turned his dream into a reality after a trip to Monte Carlo. Saltsjöbaden was to become the prefect recreational site for a modern society, an oasis to return to in summer, winter, spring or autumn.
The railway from Stockholm was also built at that time to provide hardworking Stockholm residents with a fast route to the seaside and the fresh salty air of Saltsjöbaden.
