Set in the centre of Tuscany’s splendid countryside, this eighteenth century villa lies in the centre of an estate that spans over 320 acres of trees and olive groves.

Located between the Tuscan cities of Florence and Livorno, the estate is found in the town of Peccioli. During your stay you can enjoy the wonderful Tuscan countryside and visit the surrounding areas such as Pisa, with its famous tower, and the majestic city of Volterra.

The Tenuta di Pratello features elegant accommodations in a genuine and historic setting. You can take advantage of a number of the available facilities such as playing tennis on the Villa’s courts which are fully equipped with dressing rooms. You can stroll through the Italian garden, down one of the many cypress lined lanes or take a walk in the estate’s park. Visit the seventeenth century chapel and the historic oil mill nearby or you can further explore the lush surroundings with the hotel’s mountain bikes or on horseback at the neighbouring equestrian centre. From mid May to 30 September you can delight with a refreshing jump in the 140 m² swimming pool.
