Starting from April 2008 it´s planned the new opening of the building located in Riva degli Schiavoni all renovated with lift and bar with panoramic terrace. All the rooms with exclusive furnishings and tessues on the walls, some of them facing the lagoon, will be equipped with all modern comforts and direct internet access.

The rooms of the Hotel paganelli, all with bathroom, air conditioning (from 15/05 to 30/09), satellite TV, direct telephone, hair dryer and safe, are furnished in typical Venetian style.

Some of the rooms overlook the St. Mark's basin, one of the best panorama of Venice, some Campo St. Zaccaria, and the quieter rooms overlook the internal courtyard and garden.
