This Hotel has been part of the Mellow Mood Group since 2004.
Since the re-branding of the Mellow Mood Group in 2007, Star Hotel has belonged to the „City Hotels" brand, which includes all of the company's downtown, three-star hotels. Although each of the the "City Hotels" is unique in design, they all feature those elements that are important for an unforgettable, wonderful stay in Budapest: comfort, peaceful relaxation and a friendly, pleasant atmosphere. The family-style Star Hotel has 48 well equipped rooms. For your comfort and convenience, all feature air-conditioning and most (90% of rooms) have free WIFI Internet access. Star Hotel customers are mostly individual travellers: small parties, couples, families and businessmen who all find comfortable rest in the hotel's convenient and friendly rooms. Due to the excellent Budapest location of the hotel, all parts of the city, including the main attractions in Budapest, are easily accessible 24-hour a day on foot, by car or by public transport.
