3 stars complex composed by a hotel and apartments located right on the sea front of Cala Santandria at 250m from the beach and 2.5Km from Ciutadella.

The hotel, built in 1988, was completely refurbished during winter 2001 and its furniture has been renewed on 2007. The 86 apartments, built in 1996, are distributed in two buildings, all situated around a large garden area. A central building with air-conditioned public rooms: reception, lounge/bar, a lounge with Sat-TV and card or board games. Money exchange, car, moped and bicycle hire are available at the reception.

At the gardens there are two swimming pools for adults and two for children, sunbathing areas with sun-beds, a snack-bar and two play parks for children. Nearby there are supermarkets, souvenir shops, and a bus stop for the regular public bus service to Ciutadella and surrounding areas.
