The Apartamentos Muralla Zirí is made up of 2 restored buildings dating from the 17th and 19th centuries, as well as part of the city’s 11th-century old town wall. The surrounding area of the Albaicín has such historic significance that it has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the arches, pretty flowers and traditional Andalusian-style decor make this the ideal place to experience the authentic Al-Andalus.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
A fixed amount of EUR 200 per room will be charged on the day of arrival and is refundable.

Hotel information
The Casa Roja has an Andalusian-style courtyard which includes a jacuzzi and Turkish bath set in the "hararet" (steam room located underneath the historic wall). Once you have passed through the jacuzzi and Turkish bath experience you can relax on the heated marble benches or relax with a massage.
Room information
In keeping with its traditional surroundings, each room features Andalusian arches, elaborate plasterwork and hand-crafted beds. More modern facilities include plasma-screen TVs and free internet connections.
Area information
The property is a 2-minute walk from Plaza Nueva, from where shuttle buses climb the opposite hillside to reach the Alhambra Palace. Beyond the square you will quickly reach the sights of the city centre, including the Cathedral , Royal Chapel and the Moorish-style Alcaicería bazaar. In the opposite direction you will find Sacromonte, an area of cave houses famous for its flamenco shows. At the top of the Albaicín you will find the Mirador de San Nicolás, a viewpoint offering spectacular views over the city, the Alhambra and the snow-topped mountains of the Sierra Nevada beyond.
Important information
A breakage deposit of €200 per apartment is required at check-in. This will be returned at check-out once the condition of the apartment has been checked.
Guests arriving after 20.00 are subject to a surcharge of €15. Those arriving between 23.00 and 08.00 must pay an additional €30.
Guests checking-out before 08.00 must pay a surcharge of €15.

A great find in a cool area of the city. We were upgraded from a studio apartment to a 1 bedroom. Everything about our stay was perfect. The on-site hostess spoke English well and was very friendly. Definitely would recommend this place to others.
Make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo.

Lo que más me ha gustado es su ubicación, una vez allí no necesitas para nada el coche pues está muy cerca de la alhambra, catedral, etc. Y si nos queremos desplazar más lejos tenemos cerca paradas de autobuses que pasan muy a menudo y en todas direcciones.
Lo único que yo eché en falta es el aparcamiento, claro que esto no es culpa del hotel, pero lo aparqué cerca de la alhambra y no tuve que pagar por el coche.

Appartement bien situé,dans le quartier historique, calme, bien équipé, pour un séjour confortable. Le personnel de l'hotel est attentif aux besoins des clients.Un endroit où nous aurions plaisir à revenir.

L'appartamento era carinissimo, nuovo, confortevole, pulito e spazioso. Noi avevamo anche la vasca da bagno in camera da letto !!!! La posizione è centrale ( si trova in un vicoletto dietro una delle piazze principali ) e la ragazza che ci ha ricevuto è stata molto cordiale e disponibile .
L'unica cosa negativa è la mancanza di parcheggio! Noi abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'auto in uno dei tanti parcheggi coperti disponibili nelle vicinanze, ma i prezzi sono altini !!!! ( 40 € per 2 giorni !)

Céntrico y atención de la propietaria.
Creo que teniendo en cuenta el precio que se paga, ejecutar una penalización de 15 euros por salir del hotel antes de las 08.00 horas, es un poco mezquino.

Su ubicación
Como no tienen recepción y la dueña no está cerca, para cualquier cosa hay que contactar y quedar con ella y por ejemplo no se pueden dejar las maletas el día de salida para recogerlas más tarde. Para el tipo de alojamiento que es no contaba con gel ni champu ni servicios de ese tipo. A pesar de todo decir que la dueña era muy amable y creo que como estaba recientemente inaugurado mejorará.
