Come in to comfortable restaurant. Enjoy the exclusive international specialties as well as the first-class "Thuringia menus". Hotel has a history of 100-years and so any traditions. In the year 1896 the landlord Eduard Müller grt thr house with the name "Hotel and Restaurant to the beautiful view". After same time - in the year 1902 - the house get a new owner with the brewery owner Richard Heydenreich and also a new name Hohenzollern. In the history of the hotel the name changed any more. From "Hohenzollern" it was be in 1943 "Bayrischer Hof". After the war it was be reconstructed from the Intourist GmbH and they got the management till 1951. In the year`s 1951 till 1991 the management was by Handelsorganisation Weimar and the name was be changed to "Einheit". Since 1991 the hotel has an private owner.
