It was established in the year 1862 as the "Gasthaus Bachmair" which is very famous in this area. In the year 1999 the hotel was completely modernized and enlarged to a resort hotel with 108 deluxe rooms and suites. The hotel offers a very large spa area (700 sqm) with pool, spa and beauty farm. There are 4 restaurants and conference space for up to 400 people on site.
