Imbedded into the charming, hilly landscape you will find the Hotel Burg Edelhof, amidst wavy ear fields, in pleasant and rural ambiance. Burg Edelhof was built in the 10th century as Frankish defence castle and is the oldest water castle in Thuringia. The Burg Hotel is located close to Stadtilm in the Thuringian valley, where the Northern slope of the Thuringian Forest ends.
