Airport Hotel Tanne
The hotel was originally an apartment house built in 1968. Over the years Wilhelm and Christina Laun remodeled it into a hotel.
Four guest rooms were set up in the first apartment in 1969. "Pension Tanne" had simple bedrooms with shared bathrooms and toilets. Once the pension had more than 12 bedrooms, it became Hotel Tanne.
The family's daughters, Anni Laun and Ingrid Ellermann, took over in the hotel 1984. To keep up with the times, the guest rooms were equipped with showers and toilets. The renovation included a restaurant, wich became the "living room" for guests.
Airport Hotel Tanne GmbH was founded since 1968. The partners in the company are Ingrid Ellermann, who was appointed managing director, and Anni Laun and Franz Ellermann. At that time, the hotel received three stars for fulfilling the requirements of the hotel and hospitality association.
